It all begins with an idea. Whether you fully know what you’re after or not - don’t panic as we work together to create an item that is perfect for you. Let us design you a stunning statement piece, that’s totally bespoke to you. It’s time to get creative. Whatever happens, one thing is for sure - you will come away with an amazing piece of unique furniture, that will make all the difference in elevating your home decor.

We offer free consultations to see what you’re after. Below is a basic run-down of the process. Please do get in touch if you’re interested to chat further using the form on this page.
Get in touch to get started - easy!
Free initial consultation - We discuss what you’re after, look at possible suitable items, talk about design ideas etc. Get to a point where we have a good understanding of what you’re after and see if we can help you.
Deposit taken - this varies from project to project but the lowest is £100 upfront. Please note this is a non-refundable deposit. This covers any time taken to source items, purchase items and materials, digital design work and so on. It also shows commitment to the project.
Digital moodboard - this is not always needed but can be provided incase you’re struggling with narrowing down ideas. We can pull together fabrics and colourschemes with inspirational images etc to show it all pulled together. Digital moodboards can be very helpful to visualise and narrow things down to one idea to go forward into the final design.
Sourcing - We source the vintage item that’s right for you and fits your specific measurements/ requirements.
Digital designs - mock up digital designs can be provided, layered onto the actual item, to show different finishing options. This is all discussed and ideas shared between us and the customer. Once happy with a design, this leads into the chosen final design.
Invoice is sent and full payment is due before the end of the project. (Meaning we do allow you to pay in instalments if needed). But the project will not be released until full payment is made. Please be aware there are no refunds for Commission Orders - this is due to the bespoke nature of the project with it being tailored to you and your designs only. (Such as if we have already purchased the item and materials for your specific design etc).
Work commences on your item and implementing your chosen design. Timeframes vary with every piece due to what workload is involved.
Once the item is finished it’s then wrapped and delivered to you by our courier service. Please note delivery cost is usually additional and is noted in your invoice.
Item delivered - And there you have it! You now have your own bespoke, amazing item of upcycled vintage furniture by us, but tailored to you!

Don’t panic! We can help if you’re unsure of what design you’re after or if you’re not particularly creative. We work with you by discussing it all in free consultations, lots of image sharing, digital moodboards and digital design mock ups to help narrow down your style. Alternatively, if you love our work and give us an initial idea you can let us take control of the design process - you’ll still get to decide on a final design and make any tweaks. But we love designing for you!

Every order is different. It’s all priced individually for each item and is totally dependant on the workload involved, size of item, cost of materials etc. You can get a rough idea by looking at some of our previous orders and items that are currently for sale on our website, but the best thing to do is get in touch. Please note delivery is additional to the price.
