Here we have a super cool, quirky, very unique record cabinet - covered in sumptuous velvet depicting moths, foliage and florals, with complimentary green paintwork, original legs, and bespoke moth handles. Plenty of storage inside to slot all your records away, whilst displaying your record player and personalised decor on top. Truly one of a kind - because all of our designs are totally bespoke to each item we refinish. The vintage charm of the item mixes perfectly with contemporary design to give you a wonderfully unique item. Professionally refinished with careful attention to detail, meticulous high quality finishing, using professional products throughout.
DETAILS:
• Measurements: 77cm W, 38cm D, 73cm H
• By choosing upcycled furniture not only are you making a sustainable choice, you’re getting a good quality, solid piece of furniture too that’s made to last.
• Velvet embellished fabric in moth print to the doors and sides. Symmetrical pattern matching throughout. The velvet gives an extra layer of luxury bringing further texture, depth and richness to the finish. It’s not the usual wallpaper you see on the market which makes this item feel extra extravagant.
• The body painted ‘Charleston Green’ which is a slight teal dark green. Inside painted black. Sealed with hard wearing varnish and wax.
• New ‘antiqued’ gold handles added in a moth design.
• Antique gold stud work frames the fabric.
• Wooden legs stripped and restored. Stained and treated in hardwax oil and varnished - hard wearing. Gold tips added. Original adjustable rubber feet refurbished.
• During the process the entire piece has been stripped, sanded smooth, thoroughly cleaned, painted, finished and sealed by hand and using professional products.
• This is a vintage piece of furniture that has been upcycled, it is not brand new. This means it may have some minor marks/ dents/ blemishes on it from age related wear and tear. It is part of the items character and history. I do pride myself on the finish I achieve when restoring an item so any marks should be minor. Any antique glass or mirrors may have small scratches or a patina due to age again but nothing major. I do not accept refunds due to this nature.
DELIVERY: Standard to anywhere in England is FREE on this item. (For 1 man delivery to ground floor, front door - please be available to help at your end). Contact for courier quotes if anywhere else UK as they will be additional cost. 2 man delivery is also available. Collection from Southampton UK is welcomed. Delivery locally is free.
