‘Raise the Bar’ Cocktail Bar in Balloon Safari Print, Dark Navy & Gold with Hairpin Legs
This bar is a such a show stopper and we just LOVE it! We’ve called it ‘Raise the bar’ for good reason as it’s taken our drinks and cocktail section to another level! It’s sure to be the envy of all your friends and the focal point in any room. Plus there’s not another like it - it’s one of one. We’ve gone to town on this bar, it’s fully refinished inside and out, not one part is left untouched. You just don’t get unique, bespoke items like this on the high street and this luxurious bar is now ready for a new home. The amount of passion, skill and time that went into creating this item makes it super special and it shows.
This piece features a stunning velvet fabric design by British designer Becca Who. The fabric covers the lower outside panelling using our unique method of velvet appliqué to offer something different to the market. The velvet fabric elevates the overall design by adding an additional layer of luxury and depth. The fabric - which is a favourite of ours from Becca Who - is called ‘Balloon Safari’ and depicts exactly that. The colour is predominately blues, with lots of complimentary colours throughout the design. The top panelling and other wooden areas have been sanded smooth and professionally painted a lush deep dark blue called ‘Raven’, which marries with the fabric beautifully. There’s also gold painted trims, all of which have been sealed for longevity. We’ve added lights to give extra wow factor, after all a bar needs lights! They are a cool white in colour and run all the way around the bar inside and out. They flash in many different settings, and are also remote controlled. They are battery powered, meaning there’s no trailing wires - so this bar can be situated anywhere. There’s new gold chrome hairpin legs to lift and elevate the bar further, with protective feet/stoppers. We think you’ll agree all these elements compliment each other beautifully and the piece feels very extravagant. The inside has been transformed too. There’s gold textured vinyl lining the shelves and drawer which is wipeable. We’ve added 2 glass racks to the side for extra storage, but there’s tons of space for all your other bottles and glassware. Theres a drawer for cocktail making accessories, and the original bottle opener is attached to the side. All wooden areas are treated with professional product to rejuvenate the wood and make them look and smell as good as new. The entire piece has been stripped, sanded smooth, thoroughly cleaned, painted, finished and sealed by hand and using professional products.

* This is a vintage piece of furniture that has been upcycled, it is not brand new. This means it may have some minor marks/ dents/ blemishes on it from age related wear and tear. It is part of the items character and history. I do pride myself on the finish I achieve when restoring an item so any marks should be very minor. Any antique glass or mirrors may have small scratches or a patina due to age again but nothing major. I do not accept refunds due to this nature.
